What we collect
The name, email address and message you send through the contact form. Our hosting provider also handles technical request data, such as your IP address, to deliver the site and keep it secure. This site sets no cookies and runs no analytics.
Why
To answer your message. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in handling the messages people send us.
Who handles the data
Vercel hosts this website, Brevo delivers the form's email, and our mailbox runs on Microsoft 365, provided through GoDaddy. They process the data on our behalf. Some of them may process data outside the EU and EEA. Those transfers are protected in the way the GDPR requires, for example by the EU-US Data Privacy Framework or the European Commission's standard contractual clauses.
How long we keep it
Messages stay in our inbox for as long as the conversation needs. After that we delete them.
Your rights
You can ask to see, correct or delete your data, or to restrict or object to its use, by writing to hello@peligengames.com. You also have the right to complain to the Finnish Data Protection Ombudsman (tietosuoja.fi).
